Well, NOW Hiro can make all the crazy robotic things. Though it should be noted he can't make the microbots because while he can make the bots themselves, neural science is a separate skill. However, a Megabot? Very possible. As well as a giant robot that Rotten may or may not have asked him for. Another note, however, is Hiro cannot make any AIs. He can make a robot operational and controllable, but a robot can't do anything 'on it's own,' not yet. That's in programming. But he also do things like make sensors and cameras and very small robots, so there's that.

Meaning
WAIT A MINUTE, I KNOW THOSE VOICES. AND INVENTIONS. Body types match up, so Flare is going to pick up pretty quick on these guys being his team. Though Fred is bit up in the air, because Kajuu suit, but the voice is still the same and it seems LIKELY. Especially if he wants to be a lizard man.
So this is how he met his crew! Why Tadashi didn't end up on the superhero team is weird, but then again, he apparently has problems with breaking the law, so that might be it. He also doesn't know what Tadashi's major IS, so maybe he's support? Or he just miss that mission. It's a ~Mystery~
SFIT might have been the college he was going for? He doesn't know why he decided to skip it, he can't follow what happened there, but he can see why he'd WANT to go. Because ALL THOSE BRILLIANT STUDENTS. All those brilliants inventions. All that equipment!
And...and everyone was surprisingly nice. Even Gogo was just intimidating and curt, and not truly mean. Plus Tadashi liked them. Tadashi introduced him to them very specifically versus anyone else. So these are probably his friends.
Tadashi has brilliant nice friends and Flare is pretty sure Hiro...wanted...that? And thought he couldn't have it for some reason, but as the memory ends, there's inklings of maybe? He could? Just...maybe...
Mundane Skill: Fake it til you make it.
Hustler Hiro get. Basically to combat the whole of bullying, Hiro's picked up on how to act. If he's put on the spot, he's terrible at it, but if Hiro is given a minute to really prepare himself, then he can put on an air of the meekest child, or the most confident. It also comes with some ability to manipulate. He's not a grand manipulator by a long shot, but it's enough he can hustle people out of their money, and put on a rather good show. And he does so love to give a show. It also does give him a better grasp at judging people's strengths and weaknesses. Lying small child will also probably happen more.
